Pembelajaran Manajemen Mutu Pelayanan Kesehatan dari Pandemi Covid-19
Abstract
Pada tanggal 25-26 November 2020, Indonesian Healthcare Quality Network (IHQN) menyelenggarakan Forum Nasional Mutu Pelayanan Kesehatan ke-16 dengan tema “Lessons learned dari Pandemi COVID-19”. Forum menyajikan lebih dari 20 pembicara dan pembahas serta diikuti oleh lebih dari 400 peserta. Diskusi dalam forum ini mengidentifikasi berbagai pembelajaran dalam manajemen mutu pelayanan kesehatan yang diperoleh dari pandemi Covid-19. Pembelajaran utama adalah bahwa pandemi ini telah menjadi katalisator mutu pelayanan kesehatan. Pandemi berperan sebagai katalis, yaitu sesuatu yang menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan dan menimbulkan kejadian baru atau mempercepat suatu peristiwa, yaitu penerapan berbagai kegiatan dan inovasi mutu pelayanan kesehatan
